First we will see the method for preparing Amla juice and then its benefits. For preparing amla juice Take 8- 10 Amla, Ginger 2 small pieces, 1 Lemon, 1tsp honey, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, required salt. Cut Amla into small pieces.
Cut Ginger into pieces and squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl. Add all ingredients in the mixie jar except honey and grind it . Amla juice is ready and strain the juice in a bowl. You can refrigerate this juice and use. Add necessary water and honey when you drink it. Add honey when you drink the juice.
